Thursday, June 23 

First Time Attendees Orientation & Reception 
3:30 PM – 5:00 PM EST
Location: Louisville Marriott Downtown, Marriott Ballroom Room, 2nd level
Description: Kick off the Annual Conference by attending the first-time attendee reception, exclusively just for first-timers. Meet fellow attendees just like you, hear from ADHA leadership and connect with ADHA Ambassadors who will share their stories and offer tips and tricks on how to best take advantage of your time at ADHA22. Light snacks and drinks will be provided with live entertainment. Participate in our Passport Journey contest by visiting multiple stations and completing fun activities. Completed passports will be entered into a raffle for a prize! 
*Must be a first-time attendee in order to attend the event 
 
Exhibit Hall Happy Hour
5:00 PM – 6:00 PM EST
Location: Kentucky International Convention Center, Exhibit Hall AB, Upper Concourse 
Description: Kick off the opening of the exhibit hall with a happy hour mixing and mingling with ADHA22 exhibitors. Listen to the sounds of a live band band while sipping on fun cocktails and enjoying light bites. One (1) drink ticket is include when you sign up for the event.

Welcome Reception: Winning Smiles Bash at Churchill Downs
7:00 PM – 9:30 PM EST
Location: Churchill Downs
Description: Experience Churchill Downs, home of the Kentucky Derby. Watch exciting horse races from the Starting Gates Rooftop Garden. Enjoy complimentary food and beverages Bluegrass style. The Winning Smile Bash at Churchill Downs contest winners will present the trophy to a winning jockey in the Winner’s Circle. Two (2) drink tickets are included when you register for the event. BIG HATS OPTIONAL!
  • Registration for the event is closed and is at capacity
  • You will receive an event voucher with your ADHA22 Badge when you check in on site
  • You must trade this event voucher at the Shuttles for an ENTRY TICKET to Churchill Downs, without this ticket  and your ADHA22 Badge you will not be permitted to enter the venue
  • Shuttle transportation will be provided to and from Churchill Downs from Kentucky International Convention Center

Friday, June 24 

All Attendee Event: Countdown Celebration to the 100th
7:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST
Location: 4th Street Live 
Description: Let’s kick off a year of celebrating ADHA’s 100th with a block party! Located within walking distance of this year’s conference, between Liberty Street and Muhammad Ali Boulevard, 4th Street Live is Louisville’s premier dining and entertainment destination. Join us in the heart of it all for an all-attendee outdoor reception featuring the flavors, sounds and southern charm of our amazing host city. Food and bar stations will be available along with games and giveaways. Two (2) drink tickets are included when you register for the event.
  • Registration for the event is closed. Didn't register? Complimentary drink tickets are no longer available, however, you may still attend and access the cash bar.
  • Registered event attendees must go to onDiem booth # 500 in the Exhibit Hall and exchange your event voucher for a your drink ticket wristband.

Students Reception
6:30 PM – 8:00 PM EST
Location: Omni Louisville Hotel, Rooftop, 3rd Floor
Description: Join forces with fellow students and professional hygienists for a night of friendship and fun. What's better than discussing board exams? Doing so with tasty food and drinks in hand while enjoying the Louisville skyline. How about some friendly competition with your fellow students with a giant size game of Jenga or Connect Four.  There's nothing like shared experiences to inspire and renew your passion for oral health and happiness. Two (2) drink tickets are include when you sign up for the event.

Casino Royale Awards for Excellence & President’s Dinner
8:00 PM – 9:30 PM EST
Location: Louisville Marriott Downtown, Marriott Ballroom, 2nd level 
Description: This is your lucky night! Our casino-themed celebration is our most formal event but also a fan favorite! Be sure to add your ticket when you register for this year’s conference. This is a celebration of excellence and the achievements for our profession moving forward. Enjoy an elegant dinner with your colleagues, and try your hand at the gaming tables before you fire up your dancing shoes.
  • Ticket sales are closed for this event.
  • NEW! Ticketed attendees are required to select their seats prior to Saturday evening:
    • After picking up your registration materials, make sure you stop by the President’s Dinner Table (located next to the Registration Counters). This table will be open until Saturday, June 25th at 6:00 PM EST.
    • Please make sure to bring your President’s Dinner voucher that can be found inside your ADHA22 Badge. 
    • You will review open seats and select your location, and trade your voucher for a corresponding table card to bring with you to the event. 
    • Every attendee must reserve their own seat, you are not permitted to reserve for others.
    • If you are unable to select your seat before the event, it wlil be first-come, first-seated based on the seating that remains.

Casino Royale After Dark Party

Description: YOU KNOW IT. YOU LOVE IT. IT’S ADHA AFTER DARK!  Whether you join us for the after party only or keep the fun going post Awards for Excellence & President’s Dinner, our casino-themed night is where you’ll want to be. This is our time to celebrate friends, new and old, and all that we have accomplished together. Our community is amazing and we’re also a whole lot of fun.
  • This event is open to everyone!
  • Purchase your drink tickets ahead of time, with proceeds benefiting the Institute for Oral Health (IOH).
