Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests may only be submitted by writing to or by mail. Requests must be received no later than Friday, May 20, 2022.
**No refunds will be provided if request is received after Friday, May 20, 2022. **
  • A $75 administrative fee will be charged at the time of cancellation of full conference registration types (ADHA Members or Non ADHA Members).
  • A $50 administrative fee will be charged at the time of cancellation of the Leadership Summit (if purchased with full conference registration discount, discount will be assessed during time of cancellation).
  • A $25 administrative fee will be charged at the time of cancellation of Retired, Daily Pass registration types.
  • Exhibit Hall Only, Students, Guests, IOH Donations, Awards & HOD Installation Luncheon, After Dark Evening Event Drink Tickets and President’s Dinner tickets are not eligible for refunds at any time.
All refunds will be processed after the conference has ended.
